A gentle, structured space to practise Consciousness Kriya together and deepen inner silence through Mohanji’s guidance. We meet online every morning, with an extra Sunday session, and gather in person on the last Sunday of each month.
What to expect
- 40–60 minute guided Kriya practice (breath, focus, inner silence)
- Short intention-setting and a calm close; occasional Q&A on Sundays
- A respectful, no-pressure space—cameras optional
When & where
- Online (Zoom): Every day at 6:00 am (UK time)
Sundays also at 9:00 am (UK time)
- In person: Last Sunday of each month (UK) — venue shared after RSVP

Find a quiet spot, sit on a chair or cushion, and join a few minutes early. No special equipment required.
